Alexis Cruz is a 2012 OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Humacao, PR who attends Colegio Hector Urdaneta HS. Medium athletic build, has some strength. 7.16 runner, aggressive to the ball in the outfield, sound footwork, accurate throws with good on line carry, shows athleticism. Right handed hitter, spread stance with busy load, big leg raise trigger, loose extended swing with some bat speed, aggressive approach, tends to pull off ball at times, may have to shorten at the next level.
