Jason Sierra is a 2013 1B/OF with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Sarasota, FL who attends Sarasota HS. Very strong well proportioned athletic build. 7.08 runner, moves well around first base bag, quick feet, can also play left field. Right handed hitter, short quick load, good swing plane with bat speed, long extended finish, power swing, shows ability to pull and lift the ball, ball jumps well off the barrel, hitting tools to develop. Good student, verbal commitment to Vanderbilt.
