Stephen Godfrey is a 2012 RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Richmond, VA who attends Douglas Freeman. Athletic build, body projects well on the mound. Live arm on the mound, good arm speed, life to both sides of the plate, sinking action, deceptive delivery, fills up the strike zone, tight 12-6 curveball with good late life, high upside. Squares the ball up well at the plate, consistent solid contact, pop to all fields. Strong arm in the field, quick to the ball, clean actions in both the infield and outfield.
