Tyler Padgett is a 2010 C/P/3B with a 6'0'', 210 lb. frame from McDonough, GA who attends Union Grove HS. Extra strong build, thick upper half. Sound defensive fundamentals, good footwork, very accurate throws, receives ball well, next level catcher. Crouched stance hitting, good bat speed, hands quick to the ball, aggressive approach, shows gap power, sometimes overaggressive, some lift in swing. Also pitched, simple delivery, fastball steady at 83-84 mph, knuckleball works, uses for change up. Good athlete.
