Noah Verkaik is a 2027 1B/OF/RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Rancho Cucamonga, CA who attends Alta Loma. Recorded a 7.74 second sixty yard dash time. Lean and lanky frame. Primary first baseman with a deep reception and fields deep into the knees. Quality arm strength. Also worked out in the outfield. Accelerates through it late with a bigger separation and one-hop accurate throws. Fields it properly with average strength and quickness. Also threw on the mound. The right-handed pitcher works from a slower paced operation. Side-steps into the mid-chest high knee-lift with a low three- quarter to side-arm arm slot. The fastball (2198 RPM) was up to 79 with run and sinking action on it. Also showed a change-up with more fade than depth. Left-handed hitter starts from a balanced upright base with feet starting slightly open. Strong coiled hand load. Strength present with big bat speed. Rotates hard at the top half of things and stays on it with the ability to leverage and launch the ball. Smooth left-handed swing that produces big backspin and carry on the ball. Went yard three times during his batting practice round and all were no-doubters. Good student. Named to the High School All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.
