Pitching
- Side steps with a hands over head delivery that gives good rhythm to the delivery. Smaller drop in driveleg that pushes off the mound. Lands in-line. Taller overall finish. Good length to the stride but can firm up the block at finish.
- Medium arm path in the back to a 3/4 slot. Avg. armspeed for level. Clean positions, just needs to add strength. High % strikes with the FB and landed a shorter SL with quality depth.
Fielding
- OF - Quality actions working aggressive through the baseball where he maintained momentum with a clean exchange/transfer. Appeared comfortable. Catch point can be a bit more out front but fielded every GB clean.
- INF - Showed same aggressiveness with the footwork as the OF. Gained ground through the baseball during reception. Catch point here was out front and clean showing quality hands/glovework. Some good feel for the position. Can work on timing the footwork and exchange a bit better where you don't need the extra shuffle to get off throws. Throws were accurate from both spots showing avg. strength for his level.n
Hitting
- Taller slightly open stance. Some rush into launch that can be slowed down a bit. Smaller/simple stride that keeps balance. Hands/barrel get into a good launch position.
- Minimal/developing bat speed that causes some longness. Swing path is pretty solid working on-plane with good length through contact. Spins off at times with front side that causes some cut off. Consistent out front contact with best results being LDs to right.
-Recommend getting into a more athletic launch, keeping that front shoulder closed, and just continue adding strength to increase the bat speed.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
