Jackson Schiro is a 2025 C/RHP with a 5-9 189 lb. frame from Purchase, NY who attends Harrison. Larger frame with well-proportioned strength present and some physical projection remaining. Primary catcher, starts in a wider squared set-up. Receives the baseball with soft hands and gets rid of it quickly. Gains some ground on the transfer, working into a shorter arm path right behind the ear. Releases the ball from a low and whippy arm slot. Delivered his throws right on the bag while recording arm strength up to 72 mph with a pop time of 2.00 sec. Right-handed hitter, starts in an even base with a flatter, loose hand set-up. Utilizes a quick and short toe-tap trigger for timing before working into a level bat path. Syncs up the load & stride and turns fast to the point of contact. Has some present hand speed. Opens up the front-side at times. Produced well-struck liners to the middle of the field when timed up. Recorded two loud barrels in live action to opposite parts of the field. Posted an exit velocity of 80 mph. Ran a 4.15 thirty-yard dash. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
