Noah Ramirez is a 2026 OF/C/IF with a 5-7 165 lb. frame from Herndon, VA who attends Oakton. Medium frame strong built athlete with a lot of time to grow and add athleticism to his actions. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.79 seconds. Primary position OF, moving deliberately through his reps as he works the glove out front to a deep funnel. Could get squared up a bit more before throwing but delivered accurate throws up to 79 mph back to the infield with more to come. Reps on the IF as well, showing nice footwork and good angles to make plays. Throws up to 78 mph here and handled the slow roller quite well. Also worked on the mound, from the stretch only as he sets hands high at chin and uses abbreviated leg lift before transition. Deep, slightly offline arm path to an over the top arm angle. FB played pretty true as it peaked at 77 mph and showed feel for a bigger mostly vertical CB in the lower-60s. RHH working from a wider stance, high back elbow and significant bat head tilt pre-pitch. Some length to his operation and there is strength at impact. Will get to his power more often with more direct path to contact and will increase his consistency with the barrel. Wide range of skills and a lot of time to refine overall. Very good student as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
