LJ Brown II is a 2028 2B/SS, OF with a 5-0 80 lb. frame from Sacramento, CA who attends Rosemont. Young frame with narrow shoulders and a lean build, room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran an 8.00 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, does a nice job of creating angles on approach, sound fundamentals, hands play at the ball with softness and does a nice job of working through the ball, arm strength and carry will continue to develop but shows accuracy to first base, sound lateral actions. Right-handed hitter, begins with a medium base and utilizes a high leg lift trigger for timing in the box. Nice rhythm to operation, works on a linear path through the zone. Clean swing, bat speed will continue to develop with added physicality, remains connected through swing, line drive carry off of the barrel when squared to the middle of the diamond.
