Guerrero is a strong sophomore outfielder from the Houston area with a very mature body for his age. Guererro has a short, quick swing and keeps his hands tight and inside the ball well. He hit the ball hard up the middle during BP and in games but was able to turn hard on a couple balls in BP as well. He has a line drive type swing path. Defensively, Guerrero has a short, quick arm action and release and showed nice raw arm strength, especially for a sophomore, at 81 mph. He is a 7.92 runner who would benefit defensively and on the bases from improved foot speed. Guerrero is an excellent student.
