Blake Loden is a 2027 SS/RHP/3B with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Perry, GA who attends The Westfield Schools. Recorded an 8.15 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop with a lean frame. Has quickness to the feet in the infield and has clean actions. Good glovework and employs a fast transfer and release. Delivered accurate throws to the bag. Left-handed hitter and starts from a wide base. Utilizes a heel lift trigger to load and swing is functional. The parts work and stay simple throughout. Projects well with continued added strength. Secondary right-handed pitcher and begins delivery with a leg lift to chest level. Lands on line and stays on line throughout. Medium length arm action and releases from a high slot, topping at 69 mph. Generates short sink on the fastball and has solid arm speed. Clean operation and landed curveball for strikes with good feel for it. Great student.
