Calvin Garrett is a 2027 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Burleson, TX who attends Centennial. Physical, bigger build for age. Ran a 8.51 in the sixty. First baseman, accurate arm across and solid fundamentals. Made the throws in all facets. Gets off the bag well. Feet work well for size. Right-handed pitcher, works from a high three-quarter slot. Fastball commanded well to the arm side, big depth to his 11-5 breaking ball. Feel for both offerings present. Right-handed hitter, narrow base and higher hand set. Deep toe tap timing, rotational swing with some juice off the barrel. Good carry to the path and uses size well.
