Koki Maezawa is a 2026 SS/RHP/3B with a 5-9 168 lb. frame from Port Washington, NY who attends Paul D Schreiber. Recorded a 4.90 40-yard dash. Primary shortstop with a medium frame. Good athlete and fields the ball properly with two hands out front. Solid actions and shorter length to the arm action. Solid arm strength across the diamond. Right-handed hitter and starts from a medium base with even feet and a high back elbow. Employs a big leg lift trigger to initiate the swing. Has looseness to the hands, staying short and direct to the ball. Turns on it well and swing mechanics are simple overall. Solid strength coming off with low effort and very consistent round throughout. Secondary right-handed pitcher and begins delivery with a leg lift to core level, landing on line at foot strike. Medium length arm action, releasing from an over-the-top slot. Fastball topped at 81 mph and works from a nice tempo. Spun a tight two-plane slider and froze a hitter for a strikeout on it. Works quickly and missed good number of bats. Tremendous student. Named to the 2025 New England Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
