Maddon DelaCruz is a 2027 SS/RHP, C, IF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Corona Del Sol. Recorded a 6.83 second 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a medium frame and lean athletic build. Quick first step working through the ball on the infield with urgency. Athletic mover on the dirt with low 3/4 arm slot on throws across the diamond. Quick arm and release with accuracy on the move. Staggered feet traditional stance behind the plate on throws. Replaces the feet with quick exchange and release. Accurate around the bag with repeatable throwing mechanics. Right-handed hitter with an even base and balanced stance. High hands start with direct bat path to the zone. Works the barrel through the middle and to the opposite field with impact when contact is out front. Excellent student. Named to the 2024 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 14) Top Prospect List.
