Ethan Rose is a 2025 RHP/1B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Bridgeville, PA who attends South Fayette Twp. Slender athletic frame. Ran a 7.29 60-yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher with a projectable frame. Deceptive mechanics throwing across the body with a lower arm slot with heavy run on a low 80's fastball. Feel to spin the slider which showed late horizontal bite. Also worked out at first base, makes the routine play, moves ok around the bag, long arm action with some accurate turns and throws across the diamond. Right handed hitter hit from a wide base with leg lift timing, direct hand path, spins off the ball some, handles the barrel with developing connectivity in the swing. Named to event top prospect list. Great student.
