Charlie Burger is a 2024 1B/3B with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Kailua, HI who attends Kailua. Long and lean build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a small leg lift trigger, tall stance, works with an inside hand path, short swing with a downhill swing path, works mostly opposite field, not using his leverage and bat speed potential with his current swing mechanics. 8.03 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, plays under control and balanced, soft and sure hands at the ball, spins well with good footwork, solid overall fundamentals defensively. Excellent student.
