Colton Thompson is a 2026 RHP/C, SS with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Ord, NE who attends Ord. Slender medium size frame. Ran a 7.52 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with a fastball and curve out of a three-quarter arm slot. Solid average arm speed and a mid 70's fastball he located well east to west. Breaking ball showed sweeping action across the zone and was routinely thrown as a competitive pitch. Solid pitch foundation to develop. Also worked out in the infield showing routine play making ability, average hands and a solid average throwing arm. Hit from an open stance with load stride timing. Pushes hands through the zone, developing swing mechanics and a middle of the field approach. Excellent student.
