Thomas Daniel is a 2024 OF/2B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Acton, MA who attends Acton-Boxborough Reg. Larger, athletic looking frame with some present lower half strength and room to fill out. Recorded a 7.68 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with anticipatory actions throughout the fielding process. Fields off his front foot cleanly, while using a deliberate pace into and through gather. Maintains some momentum into release and displayed developing arm strength up to 70 mph. Right-handed hitter that hits from an exaggerated crouched and wide base, while starting with a high hand set and high back elbow. Incorporates toe-tap trigger for timing, uses rotational lower half mechanics to create torque and displayed developing bat-to-ball skills throughout. Opposite field approach with inside-out swing path and some occasional bat speed. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
