Patrick Hollifield is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Hubert, NC who attends Swansboro. Works from a medium athletic frame with proportioned strength. Primary shortstop, showcased relaxed actions with proper technique when working through the baseball. Stayed light on the feet and showed some quickness in the hands. Works into a shorter arm stroke and releases the ball from a lower slot; recorded arm strength up to 79 mph across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher, works from a standard delivery with a belt-high leg lift and moderate extension down the slope. Utilizes a full arm swing and releases the ball from a low three-quarters slot. Fastball showed arm-side run and lived on the inner-third of the plate; topped out at 81 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts in an even base with a high back elbow, utilizes a leg lift trigger. Creates some leverage out in front and has the ability to work the entire field. Produced consistent line drive contact; recorded an exit velocity of 82 mph. Ran a 7.72 sixty-yard dash. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
