Isaac Wendler is a 2024 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Sun Prairie, WI who attends Sun Prairie. Large athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a long stride into contact, tends to lose his back foot/back side, swings hard and creates some bat speed, pull side approach with good strength in his hands and the ability to turn the barrel, key to hitting development is more use of and better control of his lower half. 7.33 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, has long actions to and through the ball, keeps his exchange quick and compact though, two-part arm stroke with developing carry across the diamond. Also plays some first base. Took a turn on the mound, piece by piece delivery with a short and compact arm action in back. Fastball sat in the mid-70's, mostly straight, relied heavily on his curveball and it was a solid pitch for him, threw it for strikes at any count with some 12/6 depth. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
