Jack Wilson is a 2027 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Cedar Falls, IA who attends Cedar Falls. Recorded a 6.72 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with a tall, lanky, and projectable frame. Begins operation with a medium leg lift and has a long, loose arm path through the back. Released from a high-3/4 slot and fastball topped at 81 mph. Filled up the zone with strikes and pitched to both side of the plate. Showed advanced feel to pitch while creating weak contact and mixing in a lateral breaking ball to change speeds. Secondary first baseman and showed deliberate actions. Right-handed hitter and starts from an upright, slightly open base. Athletic actions in the box and employed a middle of the field approach. Consistently on the barrel loudly throughout the round and creates good carry. Good power potential and lifts the ball well. Strength to the hands and recorded an exit velocity of 86 mph. Excellent student. Named to the 2024 National Underclass Showcase- Main Event Top Prospect List.
