LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2024 National Indoor Showcase (Saturday-Wentzville)
Jacob Greer is a 2025 C/3B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Lake St. Louis, MO who attends Liberty. Works from a medium athletic frame with a strong lower-half and room to add more strength as he continues to physically mature. Primary catcher, starts in a low side-saddled stance with open feet. Gains sufficient ground, working into a direct midline transfer. Displayed some present hand speed when separating into a shorter arm path. Delivered accurate throws to the bag with arm strength up to 77 mph and a pop time of 1.89 sec. Right-handed hitter, starts in a wider base with a very high back elbow and hand set-up. Utilizes a simple hover trigger for timing prior to working into an uphill bat path. Has some compact hand speed with the ability to create carry to all fields. Produced consistent contact to the middle of the field. Projects for more power with added strength. Recorded an exit velocity of 90 mph. Ran a 6.92 sixty-yard dash. Great student. Named to the 2024 National Indoor (Saturday-Wentzville) Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
