2022 Preseason HS Prospect Showcase
Brian Guerra is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Lake Nona HS. Recorded a 7.36 second 60-yard dash time. High waisted, projectable frame with room to add strength. Primary outfielder who gets round the ball well and releases from a lower arm slot. Fields the ball out in front with long strides. Arm strength recorded up to 70 mph into the infield. Secondary right-handed pitcher with an over the head pump and rocker into a leg lift above the belt. Compact and online arm action with a higher slot. Fastball has slight ride to it with a longer paced delivery. Softer curveball he will flash but attack with fastballs. Switch hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and upper half dominant swing. Open stance with an uphill stroke and a longer swing path.
