Christopher Farrar III is a 2027 OF/MIF with a 5-2 100 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Chaminade College Preparatory. Posted an 8.62 in the 60. Primary OF, smaller young build with plenty of physical leaps to add to his tools. His approach is aggressive showing good intent through the play while developing control downhill through his actions. He has sound mechanics and ability finishing plays with fundamentals present, and a lot of room to advances as he matures. Similar potential transfers smoothly to the infield as he showed good awareness ranging to both sides and feel for the glove making plays and highlighted promising versatility ahead. Right-handed hitter has limited impact with an accurate barrel. Uses a simple swing geared to contact with good bat to ball idea. He swings a heavy barrel through the zone with a lofted path and looks to extend. Plenty still to come as he adds strength to the package and engages a full swing. Good student.

Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
