Jack Ghufran is a 2024 RHP/ with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Granite Bay, CA who attends Granite Bay. Primary right-handed pitcher with a medium build. Starts with a side step into a belt high leg lift staying tall on the back leg and striding short into a stiff front side as he comes down the mound. Arm works long through the back getting lost in the arm circle at times causing young command of the fastball at times as he sat 74-79 mph from a three-quarters arm slot with some whip to the arm. Showed some maturity to the slider throwing it in the low 70's at times with shorter sharp action through h zone. Right-handed hitter, starts with a narrow base and open stance. Weight drift into contact hitting off the front side with a steeper bat path that was routinely out front at contact impacting the ball to the pull side. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
