Eric Del Fatti is a 2023 C/2B/OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Vaughan, ON who attends Father Bressani. Smaller, compact frame with room to add strength. Recorded a 7.53 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder, used quick and short steps into the fielding process, fields slightly off to the side and transitions quickly into release. Stayed behind the baseball well, maintained some momentum to throw and recorded arm strength up to 79 mph during drills. Secondary catcher who received from a square stance with soft hands, quick feet and direct mid-line transfers out of the crouch. Gains ground towards his target efficiently, works into a shorter arm action and has a quick release. Repeatable mechanics with fundamentally sound catch-and-throw skill set. Recorded online, accurate throws up to 73 mph and showed best here positionally. Left-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, slightly open stance with a pre-set hand start, high back elbow and hanging leg lift trigger. Generates good separation and leverage into launch, has quickness to his hands and gets the barrel out in-front. Showed consistent feel for the barrel and legitimate power potential to the pullside. Fundamentally sound prospect with solid catch-and-throw skills and some offensive prowess. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
