Sean McGuigan is a 2026 RHP/3B, OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Newark, DE who attends Salesianum. Young, projectable build with tons of strength remaining to be added throughout his frame as he matures physically. 7.68-second runner during the sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher, quick, compact mechanics, working with an above-the-belt leg-lift as he gets down the slope. Works downhill with his long levers from a high 3/4 slot. Sat in the 74-78 mph range with his fastball, working it around the zone well during his outing. Paired his fastball with an 11-5 shaped breaking ball that displayed tight spin and late depth. Tons of projection on the bump as he continues to gain experience on the bump. Secondary third baseman, fields out in front displaying clean glove actions as he worked through the ball. Played up on his toes, moving well to his left and right. Accurate across the diamond, up to 77 mph. Right-handed hitter, sets up with an even, balanced stance, and a high-hand set. Compact stroke that showcased middle-of-the-field impact during his round. Put together a consistent round, flashing some juice that will continue to project.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
