Henry Ladner is a 2026 SS/2B/3B with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Waxhaw, NC who attends Weddington High School. Compact broad shouldered build. Right handed hitter, hits from a open and balanced stance with a high hand load, quiet leg lift load, stays on time and repeats well, gets on plane and has a high contact swing approach, not much present power but ball comes off the barrel well. 7.19 runner in the sixty. Primary infielder on defense, has some side to side lateral range but tends to wait back on the ball, hands work well at the ball, longer gather into his throws, arm best suited for second base in the future. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
