Jack Werkowitch is a 2025 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from St. Louis, MO who attends Oakville Sr. Recorded a 7.67 second sixty yard dash time. Long and lanky frame with plenty of room to fill and physical development remaining. Primary left-handed pitcher, works exclusively from the stretch and lands slightly closed. Low effort operation overall and stays upright throughout. Utilizes a short arm circle, has some funk/deception to the delivery with developing repeatability at present. Fastball has hard cut at times, will improve effectiveness by keeping it on the corners and mixing locations. Started his outing off with a breaking ball, showed sharp sweep across the zone with good depth when he finds it. Solid pitch that he can drop in for strikes consistently, got sharper and had more depth as the outing progressed. Secondary first baseman with a long arm action, still growing to his body and showed developing body control and fluidity to the actions. Was accurate to second base, clean round overall. Also worked out in the outfield, fields it off to the side and showed some young arm strength. Left-handed hitter with a wide base and open stance, has a high hand and back elbow set. Utilizes a small rock back load with somewhat of a toe tap trigger. Long swing path with a low finish, gets spinny at times. Impact potential will improve as he gets stronger and refines the approach. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
