Nick Rumbley is a 2026 RHP/1B/OF with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Reidsville, NC who attends Rockingham County. Extra-large, square shouldered frame with present strength and additional room to fill throughout. Ran an 8.35 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, easy compact delivery with good body control and balance, long loose take back to a high three0quarters slot, good ease to release and feel for 3 pitches, fastball comes out easy with run to arm side up to 82, turns over changeup hard to left-handed hitters and sells it well, good feel to spin as well with slurve-like shape, easy projection and feel on mound. Fields the ball out front with two hands at first base, makes the plays away from body, longer arm action to a three-quarters release with carry across the diamond. Similar arm stroke through the back from the outfield, tends to lower slot at release and will get under the ball at times, young footwork on the approach and will continue to refine moving forward. Right-handed hitter, begins with a deep hand load with movement at start of swing. Keeps hands inside the ball and works on a linear plane towards the point of contact, will unlock additional strength with extension out front, shows comfort working to the pull side.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
