2023 Mid-Atlantic Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Patrick Colbert is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Bethesda, MD who attends Georgetown Preparatory. Lean, athletic frame with quick twitch athleticism and room to add strength. Recorded a lightning quick 6.49 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with aggressive but controlled actions into the fielding process. Fields slightly off to the side, gathers cleanly and maintains momentum into release effectively. Recorded online, accurate throws with carry up to 86 mph during drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from a wider, slightly closed stance with a tight, flatter hand start and high back elbow. Incorporates slightly inward stride into contact and exhibits tons of present bat speed. Whole field approach with compact, line stroke and good feel for the barrel. Top-of-the order, contact oriented mentality with game changing speed. Will continue to improve with minor refinements and additional strength. Excellent Student. Named to the 2023 Mid-Atlantic Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
