2022 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 15)
Isaac Ahokovi is a 2024 C/3B with a 6-1 218 lb. frame from Kailua, HI who attends Iolani. Classic catcher/corner infielder frame with present muscularity and durable frame that plays well with his skill set. Ran the 60 yard dash in a respectable 7.35 seconds. Primary C, working from an offset stance and smooth transfer to easy release. Arm strength is solid producing 75 mph velocity and he continues to improve his pop times, showing a new workout best at 1.94 seconds. Relies heavily on arm strength to generate accurate throws on the bag, will continue to trend upward as his mechanics become more refined. RHH using a strong, even base with an upright stance. Hanging leg lift for timing and creates pull side juice with strong hands and especially active top hand. Pull oriented approach with intent. Projects as an offensive backstop longterm and is a good student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
