Medium, square shouldered frame with room to fill out. Primary left-handed pitcher; deliberate paced delivery with high leg lift into balance, explosive lower half movements down the slope and good extension through release. Fastball worked in the low-80s for the duration of his outing, topping out at 83 mph from a vertical over-the-top arm slot. Exhibits above average present hand speed with whip to his arm stroke and impressive layback attributes. Developing command of the strike zone with fastball that wavers from time-to-time, will continue to improve with minor mechanical refinements and maturity. Mixed in tight 1-7 shaped curveball with the ability to land it for strikes. Flashed developing changeup with replicated arm speed and some horizontal action to it. Quick twitch athlete with high spin traits to his fastball and mechanical attributes that dictate future velocity gains. Secondary outfielder with deliberate footwork and anticipatory actions throughout the fielding process, while exhibiting clean glove actions to field and fairly smooth gather into release. Recorded online, accurate throws up to 84 mph during drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with a lower, tight hand set and toe-tap trigger for timing. Compact stroke with slightly uphill swing path, rotational front-side movements and developing bat-to-ball skills. Middle-of-the field approach with occasional line drives to the gaps and some feel for the barrel. Athletic look prospect with solid defensive skill set, loads of upside on the mound and some projection remaining. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength.
