Matthew Edmonds is a 2026 RHP/1B, 3B, OF with a 6-0 158 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends The Galloway School. Long, lean projectable frame with good length to fill out. Ran a 8.00 in the 60-yard dash. Right-handed pitcher, deceptive three-quarter slot with good extension off his front side. Stays on plane well with present feel for spin. Fastball, curveball and slider all mixed well with plenty of tempo. Late break to both spin offerings and good shape to both. Fills the zone to both halves and impressed. Also showed a stronger arm in outfield and infield drills, good plane to his throws with solid accuracy out of the hand. Right-handed hitter, even base and high hand set. Stays short with good extension on a linear path. Feel for the barrel on display with more strength gains in store. Named to Top Prospect list. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
