Nic Abraham is a 2024 RHP/1B with a 6-5 205 lb. frame from Elk Grove, CA who attends Franklin. Features a tall and physical frame that has some imposing mound presence. Showed a simple/repeatable delivery. Side steps into a belt high knee tuck. Stays in his backside as he begins to drift down the mound. Rotates fast and while holding it later in the delivery. Works in line with a decent block at landing. Arm action is more compact out the glove that hides a bit and the back and up to a higher ¾ slot. Fastball topped out at 92 and showed some sinker shape with present armside run. Mixed in a shorter slurvy breaker in the low 80s that tunneled well off the fastball. Mixed in a few changeups in the upper 70s he created solid depth on. Currently uncommitted.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
