Aiden Dillehay is a 2022 SS/2B, OF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Cathedral Catholic. Athletic, well proportioned frame with potential for added physical strength. Has recorded 6.65 60 yd time. Primary Shortstop, has athletic actions in the field. Has strong throws up to 87 mph, needs to continue to improve the accuracy of his throws. Secondary position is outfielder, has sound defensive actions, throws have on line carry. Needs to continue to refine reads & routes in the outfield. Right-Handed Hitter, balanced to start with an open stance with lower handset. Has little to no weight transfer as he picks up the front foot and puts it down. Does have quickness in hands with developing raw strength in swing. Very nice swing when mechanics are in sync. Good Student.
