Bubba Coleman is a 2026 SS/3B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Hoschton, GA who attends Cherokee Bluff. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a deep and high hand load, barrel waggle to get the barrel moving, big bat speed with very good separation through contact, longer swing but with the bat speed to catch up, uphill finish and big power potential. 7.03 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, moves well to his back hand, takes good angles to the ball, clean arm action with good carry, arm is his best defensive tool. Can see him as a power hitting third baseman down the road. Good student, verbal commitment to Louisiana State.
