Antonio Longobardi is a 2025 SS/RHP, 3B, MIF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Palmdale, CA who attends Paraclete. Ran a 6.82 sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop with a compact, athletic frame, shows proper technique and footwork on the dirt. Showed solid lateral movement with the ability to funnel with ease. Clean, quick exchanges with a quick arm and stayed accurate across the diamond. Secondary Pitcher, working out of a stretch only operation. Belt high leg lift with a slight turn into a downhill delivery. Athletic actions present on the bump while throwing out of a three-quarter arm slot with short arm action. Fastball has some cut, curveball has 12-6 shape with depth and the changeup is deceptive with fade. Medium base at the plate with an open stance and high back elbow set up. Quick, compact through the zone with a direct path to the baseball. Stays on a line with an up the middle approach and feel for the barrel while staying balanced throughout the swing. Excellent Student.

Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
