Trent Wood is a 2025 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-5 130 lb. frame from Nashville, TN who attends Hendersonville. Wood Ran a 7.08 Sixty Yard Dash. Primary Middle infielder with a small lean athletic frame with plenty of room for additional strength. Showing some lateral quickness to both sides in the infield with soft hands out in front catching the ball cleanly. Quick glove to hand transfers while working from a straight over the top arm slot with some cary out of the hand peaking at 82mph with plenty of accuracy across the diamond. Left handed hitter with a medium balanced base with a lower set leg lift trigger. Showing some rhythm in the hands with some quickness through the zone with the barrel catching the ball out on front with clean actions to the operation. Trent is a good student in the classroom.
