2024 National Uncommitted Showcase (2025 Grads)
Giovanni Liburdi is a 2025 C/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Gilbert, AZ who attends Higley. Slender athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 6.83 runner in the sixty, used his speed well on the bases. Primary catcher on defense, comes out of his crouch well and has plenty of athletic quickness, good arm strength, hands worked well receiving the ball in the games. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a high hand load and a hanging leg raise trigger, can be late getting his foot down at times, showed nice game bat speed and impacted the ball well, bat speed will continue to improve as he fills in and gets stronger. Good student. Named to the National Underclass Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
