Vaughn Neckar is a 2025 RHP/1B with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Murrieta, CA who attends Vista Murrieta. Big and strong mature build. Big rocker step into his delivery, slow paced mechanics, full arm action in back to a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 95 mph and maintained its velocity well, gets 16-18" of !VB and misses bats and barrels, threw strikes with his fastball as well. Threw a slurve type breaking ball and landed it often, has good spin and some depth at times. Developing change up. Has done a good job of refining his delivery and approach and improving his command of the strike zone. Good student.
