Lamar Edwards is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Lake Helen, FL who attends Spruce Creek. Very physical and strong build. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread bent over stance, has fast and very strong hands, drives his hands hard to the ball, pretty short and direct swing, ball comes off the barrel very, very hard, hits under control and hits to all fields. Primary outfielder on defense with left field tools, fields the ball cleanly out front, tends to throw uphill off his back side. Bat is his tool. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Duke. Selected to play in the Perfect Game All-American Classic.
