Gabriel Pegues is a 2025 OF/RHP/MIF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Falls Church, VA who attends Mclean. Recorded a 4.93 second forty-yard dash time. Long, lean frame with a slender build and plenty of room to physically mature. Primary outfielder with a fundamentally sound defensive skill set; fields cleanly off his front foot, gathers smooth into a a shuffle, shuffle throwing motion. Recorded online, accurate throws up to 76 mph from the outfield during drills. Secondary infielder that works downhill effectively to field out in front, while displaying some lateral range from side-to-side and has the ability to adjust to the ball efficiently. Recorded developing arm strength up to 73 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, upright stance with a deep hand set and hover trigger for timing. Contact oriented stroke with slightly downhill swing plane and developing bat-to-ball skills. Whole field approach with occasional line drive impact to the pullside of the field, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Developing, young prospect with some present athleticism and fundamentally sound skill set, will improve as he physically matures. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
