2022 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 15)
Jordan Luna is a 2024 SS/RHP/IF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Washington, LA who attends Opelousas Catholic. Jordan is an average size and build athlete. Luna showed good mobility and direction both ways. Displaying good hands and glove work, Jordan showed a strong arm across the diamond with good accuracy to first. Nice job on charge play. Luna's 60 yard dash time was 6.75 seconds showing that he has some speed at his disposal. Jordan with an open but even base at the plate. Small leg lift gets him to land closed and using his lower have to generate power, he showed a short compact swing. Hands are a bit stiff through contact, but there is some power in here. Jordan was named to the WWBA Workout Showcase Top Team List.
