Ryan Nelson is a 2027 3B/RHP, 1B with a 5-10 200 lb. frame from North Billerica, MA who attends Billerica Memorial. Physical build with present size and strength to both halves. Ran a 8.45 in the 60-yard dash. Showed good arm strength from the infield and first base. Good carry across and projects as a physical corner infielder. Right-handed pitcher, semi-windup delivery and shorter stride down the mound. Longer arm action with present arm speed, fastball showed slight downhill plane and filled the zone at will. Flashed a short slider with late tilt. Right-handed hitter, even stance and wider stance with high hand set. Linear path through the zone with some strength at impact. Good jump off the bat with potential strength gains in store.
