Arjun Nimmala is a 2023 SS/2B/3B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Valrico, FL who attends Strawberry Crest HS. Recorded a 6.54 second 60-yard dash time. Lean and athletic frame with a wiry, strong build. Primary shortstop with great lateral agility and range to both sides. Quick actions with smooth and under control movements. Easy mover who is light on his feet. Great balance and control with a low heartbeat and throws up to 87 mph across. Right-handed hitter with a narrow stance, very loose wrists, and lightning fast hands. Excellent bat path with a vertical finish through the baseball. Incredible power for anyone let alone a 6-1 shortstop. Ball explodes off the barrel with excellent carry and exit velocity. Some of the best power we've seen from the shortstop position. Tremendous student. Verbal commitment to Florida State. Named to the 2022 PG All-American Classic.
