2022 PG Underclass All-American Games
Cesar Andre Lopez is a 2024 SS/3B/OF with a 6-6 205 lb. frame from Pennsburg, PA who attends Perkiomen. Long and very athletic build, lots of physical projection remaining. Primary middle infielder on defense but looked better on defense in the outfield at this event. Much more comfortable in all his outfield actions, full long arm action works in the outfield, nice game OF throws. Tends to get over deliberate and cut off his throws in the infield, hesitant actions. Right handed hitter, hits from a tall straight stance with a short inside swing path, worked middle away during both games and batting practice, has the long levers and athleticism to open up his swing and look to drive the ball. Good athlete with potential with adjustments. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
