Jack Baird is a 2018 RHP/OF with a 6-4 180 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Legend HS. Tall and slender build, young look, lots of time and room to get stronger. Back turn delivery, deep arm action in back, high 3/4's release coming through, throws back side over in his delivery, can improve lower half use in his delivery. Mid-80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph, has steadily gained velocity this summer with more to come, fastball mostly straight. Short slider as his best secondary pitch, also developing a change up.
