David Leiderman is a 2012 MIF with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Merrick, NY who attends Bellmore JFK HS. Slender frame, young look. 7.24 runner, second base actions/tools defensively, balanced footwork, some softness to hands, compact release. Right handed hitter, commits early and gets out front, line drive swing plane, stays inside, mid field contact, handles the barrel, needs to add strength for improved bat speed. Good student.
