Ethan Miller is a 2024 OF/LHP with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Queen Creek, AZ who attends Perry. Compact athletic build. Ran the 60-yard dash in 7.11 seconds. Primary outfielder, worked through the ball with smooth hands and a clean transfer. Came to the ball well, displayed a longer arm action with good arm whip, was clocked up to 85 mph on throws from the outfield with good carry. From the mound, throws from a high three-quarter arm slot, has good deception throughout the delivery. The fastball sat 76-80 mph, threw a lot of strikes and attacked hitters early. Mixed in a sweeping slider that generated a lot of swing and misses. At the plate, hits from an even base with a big leg kick, showed the ability to transfer his weight well consistently. Flashed good bat speed with a pull side approach. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
